Refund & Cancellation Policy

Clear, fair guidelines for changing or cancelling appointments.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before your scheduled time with no penalty. If you cancel within 24 hours, we are unable to offer a refund.

No-Shows

If you do not attend without notice, the full consultation fee applies.

Refunds

Refunds are provided only if your practitioner is unavailable and we cannot offer a suitable alternative time.

How to Change Your Booking

  1. Open your Halaxy confirmation email.
  2. Click the Reschedule/Cancel link.
  3. Select a new time or confirm cancellation.
